It's eve...Ahhh, the joys of laughing at ourselves!

It's even better when you fall, or trip or do some other midly injurious thing to yourself then your preteen and teen kids laugh at you so hysterically becasue you are "like, the biggest idiot to have ever lived"

Oh the joys...

AS for the dreams, I do a lot of dream analysis with clients, you might consider examining what the different things in your dream symbolize i.e. what does it mean to have a test, to be late, to have failed etc... Another tactic is to look at each element of the dream is a part of yourself i.e. the old boss/mom symbolizes a part of yourself that you are grappling with...

Hope that offers at least a little help, if not for your mind then maybe for a laugh!

cheers!
Roxane a.k.a. momo-mamaRoxanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02242513416257644429noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21414028.post-31644573477646363172008-12-12T23:37:00.000-05:002008-12-12T23:37:00.000-05:00I now have three bruises, one for each time I hit ...I now have three bruises, one for each time I hit my behind with the bus. I think if I had damaged my tail bone it would hurt to do pretty much anything, yes? I'm okay now so long as I don't lean on one particular spot, and even that doesn't hurt as much as it did before.

Re: laughing. That's all right. I laughed too, once I got out of the bus. I always laugh when I fall down. In my mind's eye, I can see how funny it probably looked. Which is odd, because when someone else falls I don't laugh. I'm instantly worried that they hurt themselves.--Vhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11551207516174210115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21414028.post-84671067636054135102008-12-12T16:46:00.000-05:002008-12-12T16:46:00.000-05:00I also apologize for laughing. I have the same so...I also apologize for laughing. I have the same sort of wake-up-sweating dreams.

I hope you didn't hurt your back or your coccyx in that fall. That sounds pretty rough. I realize that wet steps happen on a rainy day, but if you feel anything brewing among your bruises, get to the doc.

I was never a soaker, either. Precious Daughter is prone to UTIs, so I got out of tub soaking my kids at an early age. Once B saw his sister in the shower, he wanted one too.

Ooooh, good luck to Ditter, too.

I love Philosophy's "Cinnamon Buns." What's really nice is that the scent pretty much only lasts in the shower. Once you rinse off, you can apply your regular perfume without worrying about clashing.Just Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10275183297341205710noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21414028.post-38653905693934279642008-12-12T06:38:00.000-05:002008-12-12T06:38:00.000-05:00Good post. Hope no one complains.....I'm so sorry for your unfortunate butt and your wounded pride :-) I had a similar experience, except my failed ballerina entrance happened on the ground floor of a very crowded HUB during lunch time. It was a rainy day and my feet went out from under me. Some kind soul came up to me very seriously and sincerely and asked me if i was ok. She helped me up and basically walked me a little ways before taking leave. Bless her. I have had the exact same dreams that you described about school. I dreamed that I totally forgot about a class that I was taking. when i remembered about said class, i realized that it had been a loooong time and all i could think was, oh my goodness, what about lectures, notes, and tests..... I always enjoy reading your blog! you should seriously consider writing professionally!Stringshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14270405305111992647noreply@blogger.com
