I don't know who came up with this arrangement. They're a student choir at IU, I think, so maybe they have a conductor. I started going through their clips at YouTube, and they do a version of "Africa" by Toto, which is probably why the audience started to cheer when they went into their Christmas in Africa segment. I had that Toto song in my head all day yesterday after listening to this.
This is too funny. I put the same thing on my blog today when a former coworker of mine sent me the YouTube link.
