It's part of a book called "Knitting Ganseys" by Beth Brown-Reinsel. I think posting the pattern online would be copyright infringement, but you can probably get a copy either at your local library or through interlibrary loan. That's how I got my copy, then decided I liked the book so much I bought a copy used on Amazon.com.
The pattern I'm using is in the back of the book, called "Muted Musician Gansey."
